£7.3 million housing contract for Persimmon Homes comprising roads, sewers, housing groundworks to approx. 213 units.
Works currently on going commenced in May 17 to date 80% of roads have been installed to basecourse, 60% of site groundworks has been installed to stage 1 and 30nr plots have been completed.
Works involved included:
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- Highway drainage works.
- Street lighting.
- Piling.
- Housing groundworks.
