£7.4 million housing contract for Persimmon Homes comprising roads, sewers, housing groundworks to approx. 180 units and S278 works.

Works involved included:
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- Construction of new sewers including sewer connections within existing highways.
- S278 works comprising of new site entrance and widening of existing road.
- Highway drainage works.
- Surface water attenuation.
- Street lighting.
- Housing groundworks.
- Guided auger bore.
