Approx £3.1 million pound housing contract for Cala Homes comprising roads, sewers, 278 works and housing groundworks to approx. 63 units.
Works involved included:-
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- 278 works comprising construction of site entrance.
- Highway drainage works.
- Surface water attenuation.
- Street lighting.
- Piling
- Housing groundworks.
- Installation of package pumping station
