Project Description
Approx £10 million pound housing contract for Bloor Homes. Works commenced in August 21 and this project comprises of roads, sewers, 278 works, Piling & housing groundworks to approx. 200 units
Works involved included:-
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- Foul and Surface water sewers.
- Pumping station and rising main.
- 278 works
- Surface water attenuation and swales.
- Installation of Downstream defenders.
- Street lighting.
