Project Description
Approx £12 million pound housing contract for Bellway Homes. Works commenced in Nov 21 and this complexed project comprises of earthworks, roads, sewers, 278 works, Piling & housing groundworks to approx. 150 units.
Works involved included:-
• Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
• Foul and Surface water sewers.
• Surface water attenuation and swales.
• Installation of Downstream defenders.
• Street lighting.
• Piling
• Housing groundworks.
• Various retaining walls
