£4.5 million housing contract for Bellway Homes comprising roads, sewers, housing groundworks to approx. 80 units and S278 works.
Works commenced Feb 18.
Works involved included:
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- Construction of new sewers including sewer connections within existing highways.
- 2S78 works comprising construction of new roundabout to site entrance and widening of existing road.
- Highway drainage works.
- Culvert installation.
- Gabian wall installation.
- Surface water attenuation.
- Street lighting.
- Housing groundworks.
